These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and h5agent ("h5agent", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at h5agent.cam (the "Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, products, games, features, and content made available through the Platform.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

h5agent reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following such publication constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of all confirmed deposits, winnings, and credited bonuses, less all withdrawals, wagers, and applicable fees, held in a User's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits or free-bet allocations granted by h5agent subject to wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money from a User to their h5agent Account using an approved payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before certain Account actions can be performed.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile interface, and all associated services operated under the domain h5agent.cam.
• "Services" means all gaming, sports betting, lottery, and ancillary services offered through the Platform.
• "User" or "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency supported on the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on h5agent, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. h5agent strictly prohibits access by minors. Providing false information about your age is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any Balance.
2. You must be registering and using the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of a third party.
3. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of h5agent or any of its affiliates, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
4. You must not have a prior Account that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
5. You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by h5agent or any associated responsible gambling programme at the time of registration.
6. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. h5agent does not warrant the legality of its Services in any particular jurisdiction and provides no legal advice in this regard.

h5agent reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including during withdrawal requests. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in Account suspension.

Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other information requested. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. h5agent will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must contact our support team immediately.

h5agent may, at its discretion, require completion of KYC verification before processing withdrawals or large deposits. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo identification (such as a Malaysian IC or passport) and proof of address. Refusal to complete KYC will restrict Account functionality.

h5agent accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via approved payment methods. Supported methods include but are not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrency options (BTC, USDT).

All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

1. The minimum deposit amount is RM10 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.
2. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed upon detection.
3. h5agent does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose transaction charges for which h5agent bears no responsibility.
4. Deposited funds are held in accounts segregated from h5agent operational funds. This provides a layer of financial protection for players, though it does not constitute a guarantee against all forms of loss.
5. Deposits made through fraudulent, stolen, or disputed payment instruments will result in immediate Account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

Processing times vary by payment method. E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are typically credited instantly. FPX and bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes depending on the financial institution.

Players may request withdrawal of their available Account Balance subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. KYC identity verification must be completed and approved prior to processing any withdrawal request.
2. All applicable Wagering Requirements associated with claimed bonuses must be fulfilled before Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.
3. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Individual daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Account section of the Platform.
4. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, as an anti-money laundering control.
5. h5agent targets processing times of under 30 minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times.
6. h5agent reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending fraud review, incomplete KYC, or unresolved disputes. Players will be notified of any such holds with a reason and estimated resolution timeframe.

h5agent offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence.

1. Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are not immediately withdrawable. A Wagering Requirement applies unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
2. The standard Wagering Requirement for welcome and deposit bonuses is 20x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states a different multiplier.
3. Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward Wagering Requirements. Live dealer games, sports betting, and table games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion's terms.
4. Bonuses have an expiry period after which unused Bonus Funds and any associated winnings are forfeited. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's terms.
5. h5agent reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses already claimed and subject to active wagering are not affected by such cancellations.
6. Attempting to abuse bonuses — including through arbitrage, use of multiple Accounts, or coordinated play — will result in forfeiture of all bonus-related funds and Account suspension.
7. Referral bonuses are subject to both the referrer and the referred player completing KYC and meeting the minimum qualifying deposit threshold specified in the referral programme terms.

All bets and wagers placed on the h5agent Platform are governed by the rules applicable to the specific game or market selected. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any wager.

1. Once confirmed, all bets are binding and cannot be cancelled by the Player unless a cancellation option is explicitly offered for the specific market prior to the relevant event commencing.
2. h5agent reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, or where the bet was accepted due to a technical error or manifestly incorrect odds.
3. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. h5agent may adjust limits at any time.
4. All RNG-based games on the Platform use independently certified algorithms. The outcome of any game is determined solely by the certified RNG and is not influenced by h5agent staff or systems.
5. In the event of a disputed outcome, the decision of h5agent's operations team is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in Section 14.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the h5agent Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may result in reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, including through third parties.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration or KYC.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or disputed payment instruments to fund an Account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Platform to conceal the origins of funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human play.
• Colluding with other players, including in live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Accessing the Platform if you are subject to a self-exclusion order or have been permanently banned by h5agent.
• Conducting or facilitating any activity that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence.

h5agent is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. h5agent does not condone gambling as a means to generate income or resolve financial difficulties.

h5agent provides a suite of responsible gambling tools accessible through every registered Account, including:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders and hard stops.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications reminding players of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, re-registration attempts will be rejected.
• Account Cooling-Off: A temporary account pause of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without formal self-exclusion.

All content on the h5agent Platform, including but not limited to software code, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, text, video, audio, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of h5agent or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of h5agent.

The h5agent name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of h5agent. No licence or right to use any trademark is granted to Users by virtue of access to the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h5agent, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or goodwill.
• Service interruptions caused by technical failure, maintenance, cyberattack, or circumstances beyond h5agent's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security.
• Any decisions you make based on information provided on or through the Platform.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages is not permitted, h5agent's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

h5agent's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

h5agent reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms.
2. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
3. Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
4. Chargebacks initiated against h5agent by the User's payment provider.
5. Violation of any applicable law in the User's jurisdiction.

In cases of Account termination due to User breach, h5agent may, at its discretion, forfeit the Account Balance including any real-money funds pending withdrawal. Where termination occurs without User fault, h5agent will process any outstanding legitimate Balance to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable period.

Users may close their Account at any time by contacting h5agent customer support. Closure requests are subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and settlement of any outstanding wagers.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which h5agent holds its operating licence. Users agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration panels of that licensing jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, Users are encouraged to contact h5agent's customer support team in the first instance. The support team will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter informally within a period of 14 calendar days.

If informal resolution is not achieved within that period, Users may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution mechanism specified by h5agent's licensing authority. Details of this process are available upon request from our support team.

h5agent reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, h5agent will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document and, where appropriate, provide notice to registered Users via email or a prominent notification on the Platform.

It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended provision, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your Account.

In all cases, the Terms in force at the time a wager is placed shall govern the resolution of any dispute relating to that wager, unless superseded by mandatory applicable law.
